The 4 Channel Compact CWDM MUX (4-Channel Compact CWDM Multiplexer) is specially designed for 10G or 25G networks, with its core advantages focusing on size and loss control. This multiplexer has strong compatibility and can realize hybrid deployment with other brands of CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing), DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing), LANWDM (Local Area Network Wavelength Division Multiplexing) and other equipment. There is no need to worry about adaptation issues caused by brand or type differences. Whether adding new equipment during the upgrade of existing networks or building a cross-brand hybrid wavelength division multiplexing system, it can achieve seamless connection. This greatly improves the flexibility of network construction and reduces the cost of equipment replacement and system reconstruction.

The CCWDM Mux adopts Free-Space technology, which uses light propagating in free space to wirelessly transmit data. Inside the device, adjacent signal channels are cascaded by parallel beam instead of the fiber. This saves a lot of space for package box, and the unique workmanship also helps CCWDM Mux Demux with low insertion loss.
The insertion loss of CCWDM Mux is about half of the conventional CWDM Mux. This reduces the overall loss of the whole link, and leaves more choices for the design of the solution.
CCWDM Mux uses the parallel beam for cascading instead of the fiber, which saves significant space. The minimum dimension of CCWDM aluminum box module is less than the 1/4 size of minimum CWDM ABS pigtailed module.
The compact CWDM is ultra low loss, super thermal stability, and excellent reliability, with smaller size compact design to save much space in the application. Applicable to CWDM system and optional special service
Compact coarse wavelength division multiplexers (CCWDM Mux) is the mini version of CWDM Mux. Compared with traditional CWDM technology, CCWDM technology uses free-space optics platform which can significantly improve optical performance, in a package less than 1/4 the size of conventional CWDM modules. Main advantages of CCWDM Mux are high wavelength accuracy and stability, low insertion loss, high isolation and low PDL(polarization dependent loss). It's protocol and rates transparent supporting such applications as the CWDM system, PON networks, and CATV Links.
